Return Process

  Securely place the unused components in their original retail packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
